stray alien is the moniker under which I make music and sound design. Almost always collaborating with other artists, it is an ever-evolving project/collective that’s bent to thrive on adaption.
In 2016, I released my debut EP, cowritten & produced with my cousin Daniel James, a vocalist/guitarist based in Jersey. Never once being closer than 1080 miles to each other, a functioning gypsy and an East Coast alien collaborated in true 21st century style.
Drawing from a broad spectrum of influences, we hope the twist of electro-rock takes you somewhere tastefully fresh and faintly familiar, igniting those heady sparks so we can enjoy this strange wave together.
From misty stygian woods, onto desolate forgotten highways into open lonely deserts, we hope you'll join us on our endless drift.
